Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2025
1. Service Overview
DisVoice allows users to publish temporary public invitations to their Discord voice channels through our custom bot. These invitations allow guests to join a voice channel without joining the actual server. Listings are removed when the host disconnects.
2. Discord Bot Usage
By using our Discord bot, you grant it permission to access and publish information about your voice channel (title, description, tags, user limits). You must have the necessary permissions in your server to initiate bot actions. Any misuse—including spam, impersonation, or automated abuse—may lead to a permanent ban.
3. User Conduct & Restrictions
- Do not use DisVoice for harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal activities.
- Do not attempt to circumvent bans, abuse the guest invite system, or impersonate others.
- Listings must remain appropriate, relevant, and not misleading.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
DisVoice moderators reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban users or servers at their sole discretion, without prior notice. Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation. There is no guarantee of appeal or reinstatement.
5. Limitation of Liability
DisVoice is not responsible for the content or behavior within any voice channel linked through our platform. All communications are governed by Discord's own community guidelines and policies.
6. No Affiliation with Discord
DisVoice is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc. For more information, please refer toDiscord's Terms of Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.
